APK Packs originated on 22.06.2009 is one of the leading manufacturers of corrugated boxes located at the central hub of Sivakasi near industrial estate serving the needs of corrugated boxes. It was started as a sister concern to APK PACKSM.K. Roto print which was serving the need of poly based industry for the past five years. For the past two years from the day it was started we had reached tremendous heights serving around 10 fireworks industries, paper cups, mineral water industries, Fruit boxes having competitive advantage in our superior quality.

Capacity:
Labour: 30 Labourers inclusive of 23 M and 7 F workers who work on full time operating on two shifts

Tonnage Capacity: Producing a tonnage capacity of 2-3 tonnes / day and 50 tonnes / month in reality. Considering the improvement in recent past we could take out a capacity of 4 tonnes / day

Machinery: We have machinery capacity to produce 2000 boxes a day with a 4S semi automatic slotting and cutting machine which enhances additional production. We had implanted a 5H.P drive branded scoring machine which enhances further production. Periodic overhauling and maintenance programmes are conducted for avoidance of short off production due to machinery fault.

We have a Tata ace in our plant which has a loading capacity of 1.5 tonnes and is a high torque vehicle.

Quality Control:
Frequent quality check on paper considering BF is done and the paper vendors are monitored if not found satisfactory.
